Our Story

Our journey started with a love of cookies and a large appetite.

I used to spend hours looking for that amazing treat to enjoy on a Saturday night after dieting hard all week, but were often left unsatisfied and still craving something sweet.

We went to New York and where as other tourists spent their time looking at the Statue of Liberty we went in search of the perfect American cookie. Upon arriving home we decided to start making our own beautiful cookies to enjoy and the idea was born.

It has taken a couple of years and a-lot of hard work to turn that dream into a reality. But we are so proud to share with you our amazing 1/2lb cookies and our bakery set in the beautiful Leicestershire countryside.
